Elevator
Belts utilizing buckets to move materials. Buckets can be made out of plastic or steel. We can help you determine the correct belt and the spacing necessary to move your product with minimal loss. The type, size, spacing, weight, capacity and projection of the buckets are critical factors in determining the correct belt for carrying the load and holding the buckets.
FDA/USDA
PVC, Urethane, Rubber and Plastic materials approved for use in plants processing food with direct contact on belt surface. Ask us about edge capping and our new anti-microbial materials.
Flat Drive
Materials include rubber, urethane, Kevlar and leather; belts available truly endless, mechanically fastened, spliced endless or prepared for field vulcanizing
Flat Wire
Made out of carbon, stainless steel or plastic; applications include canning, food preparation, parts cleaning, parts painting and drying, product sorting and parts transfer
Heavy Duty
Compounds include SBR, MOR, NBR, EPDM and others; Used in quarries, mining, asphalt, grain, block and brick, concrete, iron ore, foundries, construction and other industries
Hi-Temperature
EPDM, Fiberglass, Kevlar, Teflon, Butyl, Silicone and other materials used in applications involving temperatures above 300F
Kevlar®
Woven and needled construction for designed for use in hot end processing in glass, aluminum, plastics, automotive, wood laminating and light metal casting. Kevlar provides good abrasion and chemical resistance and can handle high temperatures (600 + F)
Leather
Provides excellent abrasion and oil resistance. Uses include power transmission and conveying applications for grain and flour mills, paper mills, textile and other industries.
Linatex
Provides excellent grip, superior abrasion resistance, high co-efficient of friction, compressibility and will not mark products being conveyed or pulled. Uses include Folder Gluer, Corrugated, Bottle Capping and other industries
Nomex®
Used in high temperature/flame retardant applications. Nomex often coated with Teflon for use in UV Dryers
Nylon Core
Primarily used for power transmission although the lighter weight woven nylon core belts are being used in the printing, corrugated box and textile markets. The horsepower rating is proportionate to the thickness of the oriented nylon core
Oven Bands
Carbon steel baking band belts used in producing cookies, biscuits and crackers. This belt provides efficient gas release and superior tracking. Oven bands can be manufactured in any width to fit your oven.
Plastic Modular
Acetal, Polypropylene and Polyethylene materials available to meet your conveying needs; pitch length from 1/2" to 2.50"; belts made to any width and can be open, closed, ribbed or other special profiles.
Plastic Table Top
Chain available in many plastic materials and also carbon and stainless steel; straight running, side flexing, gripper, knuckle, case conveying and other styles to meet your needs.
Power Turn
Available in a wide range of sizes and arcs; industries include airline, warehouses, distribution centers, mail and parcel handling, manufacturing, wholesale, newspapers, food and beverage and many more; positive drive system allows for low tension on belt and prevents bumps, jams and breakages while allowing smooth directional flow of product.
Profile
Many options to choose from including rough top, wedge grip, longitudinal ribbed, steep grade, button top and various styles of cleats and sidewalls.
Puller Belts
We provide replacement belts for Rovema, Woodman, Hayssen, Sandiacre and many other form fill machines; we also service the extrusion industry and provide materials in gum rubber, neoprene, sponge, nitrile and more... belt carcass materials include poly v, timing, v-belt and flat transmission.
PVC
Woven or plied, soft and hard cover, and many belt thicknesses to choose from; lightweight construction provides low stretch and high strength.
Round
Thermoplastic or molded rubber; urethane round belts are elastomeric which means they are designed to stretch; uses include power transmission and live roller; belts are non-marking and can be made anti-static.

Sidewall
Cold bonded or hot vulcanized; custom sidewall fabrication
Stone Slinger
