Belting Accessories
Idlers
Our Idlers / Rollers have a patented polymer endcap surrounding the bearing. The polymer endcap structure has a rubber dust shield that covers the felt ring, which prevents contaminants entering the triple labyrinth seal. The triple labyrinth sealing arrangement protects the 6204-6305 ball bearings (depending on CEMA classification).
Lacing
Terpco is a supplier of all types of belt lacing, including Clipper and Alligator Staple Lacing.
Pulleys
The manufacturing process for our pulleys provides the end user with some significant advantages:
- True concentric run out provides: maximum contact with the belt, consistent belt content discharge, less deflection of shaft and less stress on the bearings.
- The thick pulley shell absorbs more stress.
- The large crown angle provides superior belt tracking capabilities.
Rollers
