Ceramic Fiber
Excellent hi temp gasket, rope, and sheet material used in primary metals, aluminum, and glass applications.
Envelope Gaskets
Used in a variety of chemical applications and glass lines where standard materials do not apply. Fillers can range from rubber to compressed non-asbestos.
EPDM
General service rubber compound used in specific chemical applications where pressure and temperature are limited.
Expanded Teflon®
The "Soft" alternative to hard Teflon. Good for low temp steam in most instances, as well as most chemical applications.
Expansion Joints
Offered in Teflon lined, rubber, metal, and fabric designs for all your piping requirements.
Fabric Reinforced
Typical applications include air movement and primary metals piping where expansion joints are required.
Filled Teflon®
Gasket material used when mechanical integrity is important but chemical resistance is still necessary.
Flexible Graphite
Gasket material used in spiral wound applications as well as sheet and cut materials.
Fly Ash
Replacement fly ash gaskets for all the major power generations suppliers.
Graphite
Material used in gasketing to address specific hard to seal applications.
Hand Hole/Man Hole
We make handhole/manhole gaskets out of a variety of materials. Some of these materials include:rubber, Teflon, Tacky cloth, spiral wounds.
Heat Exchanger
We have the capabilities to supply you with any configuration your prints specify. Most common applications are made out of spiral wound, or cut non asbestos material.
Joint Sealant
Soft teflon on a rope with or without adhesive. This is a good "quick" fix material for many flange applications.
Kaowool®
Part of the ceramic fiber family of materials. Very good around ovens furnaces, and kilns based on the different temperature you specify.
Mica Coated
Alternative gasketing material where specific requirements are specified.
Mechanical Teflon®
Good for most chemical applications. Not suitable for food service usage.
Neoprene
General service rubber compound used in specific chemical applications where pressure and temperature are limited.
Nitrile/Buna
Good rubber sheet and gasket material that can be used in certain chemical applications.
Non Asbestos
We offer a wide range of compressed non asbestos gasketing materials that can be used on a variety of piping services.
Orings
Call us for your oring requirements, whether it be encapsulated, metric, or standard sizes. We can also do special extrusions and elastomers, based on your individual needs.
Pure Gum
Rubber material used for a wide range of situations. Can be used as skirtboard material, liner material, gasketing and in many other specialty situations.
Rubber
Compound used in gasketing, hose, orings, expansion joints and belting. We offer a very wide range of industrial and food related opportunities with our rubber fabrication capabilities.
Sponge
Offered in open and closed cell materials, ranging from food grade to silicone.
Single and Multiple Bellows
Sealing design used in mechanical seals and other tough to seal applications.
S.I.R.
Specialty gasket used in specific chemical applications.
Skirtboard
Commonly used to line conveyors for wear resistance. We offer a wide range of widths, durometers and materials for your everyday needs.
Spiral Wound & Metal
Typically used in piping where pressure and temperature are of concern. We can build out of a variety of metals and fillers to fit your needs.
Urethane
This compound is used as a gasket, conveyor belt, or fabricated part in industries including, primary metals, power generation, food preparation, water pollution control and many more.
Vegetable Fiber
Inexpensive, but limited gasketing material.
Virgin Teflon®
Excellent gasketing material for food service and chemical applications.
Viton®
Rubber compound that has broad chemical range.
